Dr. Adonis Alejandro is a Atlantic County native who is the founder. His three biggest loves of his life are family, chiropractic, Olympic Weightlifting, and Coaching. Dr. Alejandro’s benchmark for true success and a happy life is to be able to blur the line between your passion and your work. Dr. Alejandro has been inspiring people to living well naturally for over 20 years. His passion for sports has lead him in many directions from Olympic hopeful as a teenager into his early twenties, to sports performance in his mid-thirties as one of Atlantic County’s most successful CrossFit owner’s, and now as a Chiropractor who specializes in clinical nutrition, and lifestyle performance. His skills as a doctor & coach come from years spent as an athlete and in studying with the best chiropractors in the world. Adonis graduated from Life University in 2002, with a doctorate of chiropractic where he focused his graduate and post-graduate studies on human performance and functional medicine. He also has training in Active Released Technique, NKT, SFMA, and Strength and conditioning. He has served as a wellness consultant for several of the area school systems in Atlantic and Passaic Counties. Dr. Adonis Alejandro currently resides in Margate with his wife Mary, and his tow sons Titus and LJ.

Our New Practice

After training at the Olympic Training Center as an athlete, Dr. Alejandro wanted to create a Living Well Training Center. Whose sole purpose was to educate, inspire, and teach people of all ages and backgrounds on how to get the most out of their bodies and lives by using chiropractic, acupuncture, therapeutic massage, and clinical nutrition to detect and correct functional weaknesses that are causing them pain, limited mobility, and low energy. When traditional chiropractic ends at the spine, Dr. Adonis is able to attend to the whole body and most importantly get your out of pain quickly and permanently.
